BMT Nurses Training Programme – Sri Lanka

REGISTRATION OPEN!

Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT) has been performed in Sri Lanka for more than a decade, yet it remains a relatively new and evolving specialty. While significant advances have been made in clinical practice, continuous professional development opportunities for BMT nurses have been limited.

In collaboration with the EBMT Nurses Working Party, this training programme is designed to provide Sri Lankan nurses with a dedicated platform to learn, train, and connect with international experts in the field of BMT. Through structured webinars, discussions, and expert guidance, the programme aims to:

– Clarify clinical doubts and challenges
– Standardize best nursing practices in BMT
– Enhance the quality of patient care
– Promote and encourage nursing-led research

All webinars will be conducted online in Indian Standard Time (IST) from 14:00 to 15:00 hrs. Participants are encouraged to check their local time zone and ensure availability to attend.
